I can never understand
bewilderment,
it surpasses understanding
the faintly line of ghost
or shadow merging with
forests.

It is surreal, unreal
and all the atoms of energy
created vaporize into thin mists,
wisps, wasps of living.
I cannot understand,
but understand that in some
corner it rests waiting to
snap at us.
