 Names are not real people

I Knew A Girl Named Martha

I knew a girl named Martha
We were friends in the city
She, however, well, forget it
It is decently silly

I Hung My Head (On A Very Dark Pail)

I hung my head on a very dark pail
Not knowing what a pail was out there
I took a step toward the shower door
And I am sorry but
I'll do that no more

Grand Children Don't Make You Feel Old

Grand children don't make you feel old
Grand children are simply solid gold
They make you run when it is cold
And eat too much so you get bloated

Curiosity Kills

Curiosity kills
That is what I've heard
Maybe to a cat
And maybe to a bird
But to people who wish to know
Curiosity is so
welcoming and nice
Curiosity is simply a way
to obtain some good advise
